Introduction

The requirement for data backup is a high priority for most users and any business that relies on their IT infrastructure. All too often this need is only realised once there has been a data breach and loss. There are a number of data backup solutions in the market, but Pangea is now able to offer through its partnerships, a high speed and secure solution for data backup and restore at very competitive rates. What is the investment I need to make to become a reseller?

There is only a once-off setup fee required, no other investment is needed in terms of hardware and software or any technical components.

How long does it take to provide faxing services to customers?

Once the contract is signed and relevant fees paid, then activation is immediate on the platform.

Can I use any VOIP ATAs?

No, only ATAs provided by Pangea, since they have specific firmware on them that’s programmed to our services.

What if the users have their own fax numbers?

We support number porting, this is a standard porting process in partnership with Vox Telecoms, and documentation is available at esperanza@pangea-comm.com. The porting process normally takes one week.

Can the users view their own faxes and billing?

Yes, each user can log into the platform and view his own faxes, resend them to other numbers, and view his billing information in real time.

How do I manage the service?

Each reseller has each own login to provision users, download billing info, view the status of ATAs, obtain CDRs, and much more. All information displayed is real time.

Is there technical support?
